1. What We Do

FilmFlux is a platform that curates and showcases movies, series, and other videos from third-party sources, including YouTube channels operated by independent creators. We do not own, host, or upload these videos ourselves. All video playback is powered by the original hosting platforms. FilmFlux also provides editorial and discovery features including trending data, articles, actor profiles, and genre browsing for Nollywood and African cinema.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in to the Service using Google authentication. By creating an account, you agree that:

• - You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• - You will not share your account or allow others to access it
• - All activity under your account is your responsibility
• - We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Account features include watchlists, movie reactions (likes, dislikes, bookmarks), and personalised recommendations. These features require a signed-in account.

• - The Service embeds or links to videos hosted on platforms like YouTube, each with their own terms of service
• - We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of third-party content

7. Mobile Applications

FilmFlux is available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). Your use of the mobile apps is also subject to the applicable app store's terms of service. We may send push notifications about new content and updates; you can disable these in your device settings at any time.

8. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that:

• - The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• - Videos will remain available indefinitely
• - Information on the Service is complete or up to date
• - Trending data, view counts, or recommendations will be perfectly accurate

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for:

• - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• - Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• - Issues caused by third-party content or services
• - Loss of watchlist data, preferences, or account information

We may update, suspend, or remove features (including video listings, watchlists, or other functionality) without prior notice. We may also discontinue the Service entirely at our discretion.

12. Governing Law
